Founder of : Sundance Film Festival

Robert Redford is a beloved great actor known for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, All Presidents Men , Out of Africa and others. Later becomes a director for films such as Ordinary People,  Quiz Show and Lions for Lambs. 

One of my favorite things about Redford besides his talent as a filmmakers is that he is also the founder of one of the greatest film festivals of all time , Sundance. A film fest that change live of young filmmakers like Quentin Tarantino, Paul Thomas Anderson , Ryan Coogler , etc. 

Redford announce his retirement after his most recent film with director David Lowery that starts this week “The Old Man & the Gun”.

Mainstream audience will know him as one of the bad guys of Captain America: The Winter Soldier or as a cool gif.

But he is more than that , he is the Sundance Kid, an Academy Award Winning Director.

Who doesn’t love this man. He is great in every role and he is probably in all film ever made, he is everywhere.

He start doing stage plays in New York before acting in movies. He is mostly collaborating with Quentin Tarantino and He has also worked with most of the greatest directors and filmmakers in this industry.

Ha was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in Pulp Fiction.

“I’m a good son, a good father, a good husband – I’ve been married to the same woman for 30 years. I’m a good friend. I finished college, I have my education, I donate money anonymously.
